beautiful views, rolling stream, garden charm
The building maintenance could use a boost!!! Outdated decor leans towards the tacky side, not exactly a feast for the eyes. The lack of information about nearby attractions was disappointing!!!

great location but décor needs updating
The location near the Colonial Theater provided an easy outing for our film night. The steel-cut oats at breakfast were exceptional, truly a standout feature. The hostess was friendly and made sure we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. I especially enjoyed the charming hummingbird in the garden, which added a lovely touch to our morning.
The décor in the room felt somewhat outdated.

Can just recommend for a quick stopover
Comfortable room, friendly staff, with free wi-fi that made our stay enjoyable and allowed us to relax after exploring the area, while the beautiful location by the stream provided a peaceful setting for breakfast and a short drive to Lebanon Municipal Airport added convenience to our travels.
Everything was spot on.

i was nearly impressed with my stay, but then came the old, stinky mini fridge ruining my experience. the outdated decor made it feel like a museum of poor taste. i would’ve thought a solo traveler like me would be treated better, perhaps a nice upgrade or complimentary snack? tragically, that wasn’t the case.

The breakfast here deserves a standing ovation! Steel-cut oats and made-to-order goodness made our taste buds sing. Plus, the location right on the riverbank is simply picturesque. The cozy living areas added to the charm, making it feel like home away from home.
We missed the chance to explore the garden by the stream, which could have been a lovely retreat. But even without that, our stay was still bright and cheerful.

Awesome place with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a cozy lounge area. The staff returned my forgotten earphones during my first stay, and I loved how cheerful Sarah was when we switched rooms. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing weekend.

The Double Room with Balcony offers a spectacular river view that brings peace to the stay. The included breakfast features delightful options that made mornings enjoyable, setting a cozy tone for the day.
The building shows signs of neglect, with outdated decor that some may find charming but others might see as needing a refresh. The garden by the stream, an appealing aspect, remained unexplored during my visit, and the mini fridge emitted an unpleasant odor that affected the overall ambiance.

The balcony view overlooking the river was stunning, making for a tranquil retreat. Steel-cut oats at breakfast were exceptional and a delightful start to the day. However, the building itself showed signs of neglect, needing updates in decor and maintenance. Additionally, the musty smell in the room was off-putting, and the dust accumulation suggested cleaning could be improved. The location beside a beautiful rolling stream is appealing, but the overall condition of the accommodation detracts from the experience.

The river view from my balcony was simply breathtaking, and I couldn't get enough of the comfortable bed that made sleeping a delight! I loved unwinding by the fire pit and soaking in the peaceful ambiance of the garden area. The only downside was that some decor felt a bit dated, but honestly, it didn't take away from my cozy experience. 😊
